In order to download your images at the highest resolution possible, there are a couple of options that we have made available on your galleries. There is a "DOWNLOAD ALL" button at the top of your galleries that you can select. It will ask for an email address and it will return to you a link that you can select in order to download the images.
If you would just like to download a single image, you can select the button on the bottom right and it will download that image at the highest resolution.
If you right click and download the image, it may not give you the highest quality that is available. Make sure to download the highest resolution possible before sending them in to print.
