Loved being able to capture all the raw moments with Sasha and Anthony on their wedding day at the Intercontinental hotel! It was amazing and the reception was back at their house and we loved seeing the family and friends get together and celebrate with them!
Ran around Balboa Park with these two to all the wonderful locations. With COVID, the park is a little more empty than normal and we were able to get to some great locations without much foot traffic around. These two were full of laughs and we cannot wait to be there for their amazing wedding day!
Loved being able to capture the elopement with Mary and James in Joshua Tree. They had to make different plans for their wedding day with COVID, but it didn’t stop them from an amazing and intimate wedding at Joshua Tree. Here are a few teasers from their day. We will have more photos soon.
Had a blast with these two running around La Jolla to take some gorgeous photos down at the Cove. They get married in a week and we are excited to capture their day!
After looking to reschedule her wedding a few times and then looking for a number of different venues that would fit her vision, she was able to find La Bonita Ranch in Murrietta to help her have the wedding that she had been dreaming of. We were so happy to be there with Hannah and Jake on their gorgeous wedding day.

We were honored to cover 71 love stories in 2019! We loved being part of all the weddings this year and wanted to put together a quick recap of them all in this little piece.
We can't wait for the 2020 season for weddings! It was an amazing year and we can't wait to see what the new decade is going to bring to our team and to everyone! Check out all the weddings that we did all across San Diego, Las Vegas and Phoenix.

What is next for us in 2020?! It is the 2nd day in the new year and we already have booked in more weddings than we captured in 2019!! Setting new highs with every booking from this point forward. Also, we are launching our education for other wedding professionals and sharing some of our insight in the world. We want other photographers and videographers to succeed and we want to be part of their journey.

Instagram stories has been out for a while now and seems to have taken over more attention than the actual IG feed. It is something that we use to gain more brand recognition and for people to understand our personalities more and more. There are a number of times that people know us already before we have even met because they have seen us on stories.
While the Instagram feed is more curated and look more and more like your portfolio, the stories section can be your place to show more behind the scenes in your business and for your lives. If you suck at it, it disappears in 24 hours and you get to try again. Pay attention to what is grabbing people’s attention and show more and more of those things that people are interested in.
Here are some things that recommend on Instagram stories.
SHOW YOUR FACE
A lot of the time, photographers do not like to be on the other side of the lens, but you need to be. People need to see who you are and gain some trust by seeing who you actually are. It might feel weird at first, but just do it and you will feel less and less awkward about it.
SHARE BEHIND THE SCENES
While you are at a wedding, show the fun times when you do have a chance to grab your phone. Typically it is during the reception and the dancing when I really get a chance to grab it and capture moments. A lot of the time, I just record videos or photos outside of Instagram and bring them up later to be posted through stories. It takes less time and allows you to be able to put the information you want on the photos or videos.
BE AUTHENTIC
I am a clown always… so that is what you all see in our IG Stories. That doesn’t mean that you have to be a clown. I share all the normal things that I do and allow people to see it. People know that I have this addiction to pizza and it is OK. If there are areas of your life that you don’t want to share…. you don’t have to share it. It is all up to you. Just share something so people can see you!
Remember that Facebook owns Instagram and your stories can be pushed up to your Facebook business account as well. Share in as many places as you can and let people see you. This is the social media world and being seen has to be part of your marketing plan!

There is just something that I love so much about Twin Oaks Gardens. Probably that it is just down the street from my house, but also the fact that we always create some amazing videos when we are out on location.
We met Kevin and Jen through some mutual friends and now we see them all the time after this wedding and were so pleased that we were able to capture this incredible day for them. It was all about the atmosphere that they created with their guests and their day. It was truly a fun day to be part of.

I love Brooke and Reed. I loved all the feels of this day. This wasn’t the original location and there were a number of things that these two had to switch around because the original venue had some issues, but everything about this day was gorgeous and perfect.
It mainly is because Brooke and Reed are amazing and you could feel the love in the atmosphere! I just can’t get enough of them.

This was our first time at Avensole Winery in Temecula and it is gorgeous! With the time change, we had the ceremony late at night, but we were able to do the portrait session with them before. We did the first look and was able to create some great moments with them!
